Sunburn Remedies : उन्हाळ्यात तीव्र उष्णता (Summer Heat) आणि गरम हवेमुळे त्वचेच्या अनेक समस्या उद्भवतात, त्यातील सर्वात सामान्य समस्या म्हणजे ‘सनबर्न’. उन्हात फिरल्यामुळे त्वचा काळवंडते. सध्या अनेक जण या समस्येने त्रस्त आहेत. उन्हात बाहेर पडल्यावर शरीराच्या जे भाग कपड्यांनी झाकलेले नसतात त्याचा रखरखत्या उन्हाशी थेट संपर्क येतो, यामुळे तेथील त्वचा काळवंडते म्हणजेच स्किन टॅन (Skin Tan) होते आणि हे दिसायलाही चांगलं वाटत नाही. फक्त उन्हामुळेच नाही, तर उन्हाळ्यात समुद्रकिनारी दिवसा वेळ घालवत असाल तरीही त्वचेवर सनबर्न (Sun burn) होतो. कधीकधी त्वतेवर खाज (Skin Itching) येते किंवा त्वचा कोरडी (Dry Skin) देखील पडते.

उन्हामुळे झालेल्या सनबर्नपासून सुटका मिळवण्यासाठी अनेक जण वेगवेगळे प्रयत्न आणि उपाय करून पाहतो. तुम्हीही या समस्येपासून त्रस्त असाल तर, काही घरगुती उपाय करुन सनबर्नची समस्या दूर करता येईल. कसं ते जाणून घ्या.

घरगुती उपायांपासून मिळवा सनबर्नपासून सुटका

1. दही आणि हळद (Yoghurt and turmeric)

दही आणि हळदीच्या मिश्रणामुळे सनबर्न (Sun burn) कमी होण्यास मदत मिळते. उन्हामुळे काळपट पडलेल्या त्वचेवर दही लावल्यास दिलासा मिळतो. दह्यात थोडी हळद मिसळून प्रभावित भागावर लावल्यास त्वचेचा काळपटपणा दूर होतो.

2. दूध, मध आणि लिंबू (Milk, Honey and Lemon)

दूधात (Milk) मध (Honey) आणि लिंबाचा रस (Lemon Juice) मिसळून हे मिश्रण त्वचेवर लावल्यास आराम मिळतो. यामुळे काळपट पडलेली त्वचा लवकरात लवकर मूळ स्वरुपात येण्यास मदत होते.

3.बेसन पीठ,  हळद आणि लिंबू (Gram flour, turmeric and lemon)

स्किन टॅनिंग घालवण्यासाठी बेसन,  हळद आणि लिंबाच्या रसाचे मिसळून हे मिश्रण उपयोगी ठरते. बेसनामध्ये (Gram Flour) चिमूटभर हळद (Turmeric), पाणी (Water) आणि लिंबाचा रस (Lemon Juice) पिळून त्याचे मिश्रण काळपट त्वचेवर लावल्यास बराच फरक पडतो. हळद आणि लिंबाच्या रसात अँटी टॅनिंग गुणधर्म असतात, त्यामुळे काही वेळ हे मिश्रण त्वचेवर लावून ठेवल्यास त्वचेवरून टॅनिंग दूर होऊन त्वचा पूर्ववत होण्यास मदत होते.

4. बटाट्याचा रस (Potato Juice)

त्वचेवरील स्किन टॅन (Skin Tan) कमी करण्यात बटाटा (Potato) प्रभावशाली ठरतो. बटाट्याच्या रसामुळे त्वचेवरील काळपटपणा कमी करता येतो. बटाटा किसून त्याचा रस काढा आणि हा रस काळपट पडलेल्या त्वचेवर लावा. 10 ते 15 मिनिटांनी हे साध्या पाण्याने धुवा. काही दिवस हा उपाय करुन पाहिल्यावर लवकरच तुम्हाला फरक जाणवेल.

5. कोरफड (Aloe Vera)

कोरफडीच्या गरात अनेक नैसर्गिक तत्त्वे असतात, यामुळे सनबर्नमुळे झालेलं त्वचेचं नुकसान भरुन काढण्यास मदत होते. ज्या भागाची त्वचा काळवंडली आहे, तिथे कोरफड (Aloe Vera) चोळल्यास बराच फरक पडतो. कोरफडीच्या गरात थोडी हळद मिसळून काळवंडलेल्या त्वचेवर लावा आणि अर्ध्या तासाने थंड पाण्याने धुवून टाका. दिवसातून दोन ते तीन वेळा ही प्रक्रिया केल्यास ते प्रभावशाली ठरेल.

6. बर्फ (Ice)

काळवंडलेल्या त्वचेवर बर्फ चोळल्यास सनबर्नपासून आराम मिळतो. आईस बॅग (Ice bag) अथवा सुती कापडात बर्फ घेऊन तो स्किन टॅन झालेल्या भागावर चोळावा. पाण्यात बर्फ टाकून अंघोळ केल्यानेही त्वचा थंड पडते आणि टॅन कमी होण्यास मदत मिळते.

7. खोबरेल तेल (Coconut Oil)

स्किन टॅनिंग दूर करण्यासाठी खोबरेल तेल उपयोगी आहे. काळपट पडलेल्या त्वचेवर खोबरेल तेलाने मसाज केल्यास टॅनिंग (Tanning) दूर होण्यास मदत होते.
