Summer Health Tips: सध्या उन्हाळ्याचे दिवस सुरू आहेत. त्यामुळे बहुतांश लोकांना फळांचं ज्यूस किंवा फ्रुट शेक (fruit shake) प्यायला आवडतं. या दिवसात फ्रुट शेकची प्रचंड मागणी असते.  यामध्ये पपया शेक, मॅंगो शेक, बनाना शेक वैगेर… अशा अनेक प्रकारच्या शेकची मागणी असते. उन्हाळ्यातील तीव्र उष्णतेमुळे थंडगार फ्रुट शेक प्यायल्यामुळे पोटात थंड पडतं आणि ताजंतवाणं वाटतं.  हे शेक बनवण्यासाठी फळ, दूध, साखर आणि आईस्क्रीमचा वापर केला जातो. यामध्ये साखर जास्त प्रमाणात असते. साखर आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने नुकसानदायक ठरू शकतं. आपण फ्रुट शेकला आरोग्यावर्धक समजून कुटुंबियासोबत, मित्र-मैत्रिणींसोबत भरपेट पित असतो. पण वास्तावात फ्रुट शेक आरोग्यासाठी चांगलं नसतं. यामागचं कारण आपण जाणून घेऊया…

फ्रुट शेक बनवण्यासाठी फळे, दूध आणि साखर यांचा वापर केला जातो. फळे आणि दूध मानवी आरोग्याला चांगलं असतं. पण यातील साखरेचा अतिरेक आरोग्यासाठी नुकसानदायक ठरू शकतं. परंतु दूध आणि फळ यांचं शेक करून पिणं हे आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने घातक असतं. यामुळे पचनसंस्था बिघडण्याची शक्यता असते. तुमच्या दैनंदिन आहारात फ्रुट शेकला प्राधान्यक्रम देत असाल, तर  तुम्हाला त्वचेसंबंधी आजार, केस गळणं आणि पचनाशी संबंधित समस्या निर्माण होऊ शकते.

आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने का चांगलं नाही फ्रुट शेक?

आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने  फळ आणि दूध एकत्रित घेणं घातक असतं. इथ एक गोष्ट आवर्जून लक्षात घेणं आवश्यक आहे की, कोणतंही फळ असो त्या फळांमध्ये सायट्रिक अॅसिडचं प्रमाण जास्त असल्यामुळे दूधासोबत मिसळून पिल्यानंतर रिअॅक्शन होण्याची शक्यता असते. यामुळे आरोग्याच्या अनेक समस्या निर्माण होऊ शकतात. आपल्यातील बहुतेकजण सकाळी नाष्ट्यात दूध आणि केळी, दूध आणि आंबा, दूध आणि अॅपल याचं मिश्रण तयार करून शेक पितात.  यामुळे शरीरातील स्नायूंची ताकद वाढतही असेल, पण फळ आणि दूधाच्या एकत्रित पिल्यानं लॉंग टर्मसाठी शरीराचं मोठं नुकसान होऊ शकतं. त्यामुळे ही सवय टाळायला हवी.

फळ खाल्यानंतर किती तासांनी दूध पिणं योग्य?

तुमच्या दररोजच्या डायटमध्ये फळ आणि दूधांचा समावेश असेल, तर फळ खाल्यानंतर जवळपास एक तासांनी दूध प्यायला हवं.  यामध्ये तीन-चार तासांचं अंतर असेल तर चांगलंच आहे. परंतु, प्रत्येकाला इतका वेळ वाट पाहणं अशक्य असतं. त्यामुळे किमान एक तासाचं अंतर ठेवायलं हवं. अशा प्रकारे आहार शिस्त लावली तर तुम्हाला सुदृढ आरोग्य लाभू शकतं. यामुळे केस गळणं, त्वचेसंबंधी समस्या आणि पचनसंस्थेशी संबंधित समस्या निर्माण होत नाहीत.
