भारत सरकारच्या “निपुण भारत अभियान” प्रकल्पा अंतर्गत राज्यात पायाभूत साक्षरता संख्याज्ञान अभियानाची अंमलबजावणी सुरु आहे. “स्टार्स प्रकल्प” अंतर्गत इयत्ता पहिलीत येणाऱ्या मुलांसाठी “पहिले पाऊल शाळापूर्व तयारी अभियान” आपण सलग दुसऱ्या वर्षी राबविण्यात येत आहे. या वर्षीसाठीच्या शळा पूर्वतयारी मेळावा आपण एप्रील महिन्यात यशस्वीपणे पूर्ण केला त्या बद्दल आपले सर्वांचे मनःपूर्वक अभिनंदन ! शालेय शिक्षणाच्या सबलीकरणासाठी केंद्र शासनद्वारा राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण २०२० निपुण भारत अभियाना अंतर्गत प्राथमिक स्तरावर सन २०२६ – २७ पर्यंत भाषिक व गणितीय कौशल्य प्राप्त करण्यावर सर्वोच्च प्राधान्य दिलेले आहे. त्यानुसार वय वर्ष ३ ते ५ वयोगटातील सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना पायाभूत साक्षरता व संख्याज्ञान प्राप्त करण्यासाठी आपण प्रयत्न करतच आहात व त्यास माता पालकचाही मोठया प्रमाणात सहभाग दिसून येत आहे. या कार्यक्रमामध्ये शासन, ग्रामपंचायत समुदाय सहभाग, स्थानिक पातळीवर कार्यरत सामाजिक संस्था व ग्रामस्थ या मुख्य घटकांच्या समन्वयाने व पुढाकाराने मुलांच्या सर्वांगीण विकासाचा पाया मजबूत होण्यास मदत होत आहे.
मागील अनेक महिन्यांपासून आपण या उपक्रमाच्या प्रभावी अंमलबजावणीसाठी शाळा, गाव व वस्ती स्तरावर बालवाटीका ते इयत्ता ३ री च्या सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मातांची गट बांधणी करून मातांचे गट तयार केलेले आहेत. आजपर्यंत महाराष्ट्रात २,६३,००० हून अधिक मातांचे गट झाले असून त्यामध्ये ११,८८,००० हून अधिक माता सहभागी झालेल्या आहेत. WhatsApp समूहाच्या माध्यमातून प्रत्येक आठवड्याला माता- पालक गटांना शिक्षकांमार्फत मार्गदर्शन केले जात आहे. माता गटांना राज्यस्तरावरून आयडिया / व्हिडीओ Activity पाठविल्या जात आहेत. लीडर मातांद्वारे गटातील इतर माता त्यांच्या सवडीनुसार आठवड्याला एकत्र भेटत आहेत. आयडिया व्हिडीओद्वारे प्रात्यक्षिक करून घेतले जात आहे आणि माता घरी जाऊन आपल्या मुलांसोबत त्या कृती करत आहे. शिक्षक मासिक बैठक घेऊन नियमित आढावा घेत आहेत, सर्व मातापर्यंत आयडिया व्हिडीओ पाठविताना काही तांत्रिक अडचणी येत आहेत. तरी सर्व मातांन परियंत थेट आयडिया, व्हिडीओ पोहचणे गरजेचे आहे जेणेकरून त्यांनी पाठविलेली आयडिया, व्हिडीओ मिळेल व त्यांना गटात काम करताना अडचणी येणार नाही, म्हणून आपण आपल्या केंद्रातील, तालुक्यातील आणि जिल्ह्यातील सर्व माता गटांना एकाच व्यासपीठावर आणण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करणार आहोत आणि त्यासाठी आपल्याला केंद्रनिहाय WhatsApp समूह आणि जिल्हानिहाय Community तयार करायची आहे.
WhatsApp समूहाची आणि Community रचना खालीलप्रमाणे आहे:
शिक्षक,
प्रत्येक केंद्राचा १ WhatsApp समूह ज्यामध्ये त्या केंद्रातील सर्व लिडर माता, केंद्रप्रमुख, गावचे सरपंच, SMC अध्यक्ष, स्वयंसेवक आदी व्यक्ती असतील व त्या ग्रुप मध्ये शासनाने उपलब्ध करून दिलेले ९०१११३१३६१ व ८३८१०२३४८० हे दोन्ही नंबर Add करावे व या दोन्ही नंबर ला ग्रुप Admin बनवावे.
केंद्राच्या WhatsApp समूहाला नाव : FLN_केंद्राचे नावतालुक्याचे नावजिल्ह्याचे नाव. उदा.FLN_KATEGAON_BARSHI_ SOLAPUR
उदा. जर सोलापूर जिल्ह्यात २२७ केंद्र असेल तर त्याठिकाणी २२७ WhatsApp समूह तयार होतील.
प्रत्येक ५० WhatsApp समूहाचे एक community तयार करण्यात यावे.
जिल्ह्यातील केंद्रसंख्येनुसार community संख्या असतील. उदा. सोलापूर जिल्ह्यात २२७ केंद्र आहेत तर त्याठिकाणी पाच community तयार होतील.
WhatsApp समूह आणि Community तयार करण्याचा उद्देश असा आहे की, प्रत्येक माता गटांपर्यंत थेट आयडिया, व्हिडिओ मिळतील. आपल्याला सर्व गटांना सूचना देताना
सोयीचे होईल आणि मातांनी गटामध्ये आणि घरी आपल्या मुलांसोबत केलेल्या कृतींचे प्रतिसाद सदर समूहावर पाठवतील. दि.३१/०५/२०२३ पूर्वी आपण WhatsApp समूह आणि Community तयार करून नवीन शैक्षणिक वर्षात त्याचा सक्रियपणे वापरा करावा.
