कलम 89(1) अंतर्गत टॅक्स वजावट व ऑनलाइन form 10E बाबत .. मागील आर्थिक वर्षाची वेतन थकबाकी जेव्हा चालू आर्थिक वर्षात मिळते व त्यामुळे उत्पन्न वाढून जास्तीचा टॅक्स लागतो, त्यावर उपाय म्हणे कलम 89(1)..  पण आज रोजी अनेकांना या कलमा विषयी माहिती नसल्याने किंवा त्याचा वापर कसा करावा याबाबत पुरेशी प्रात्यक्षिक माहिती नसल्याने अनेक शिक्षक / कर्मचारी यापासून वंचित राहतात.. तर मित्रांनो आपल्या सर्वांच्या सोयीसाठी अनेक दिवसांपासून च्या मेहनती नंतर आम्ही आपल्याला कलम 89(1) च्या कॉलम सह व त्याबाबत संपूर्ण तपशील असलेली एक इनकम टॅक्स एक्सल शीट या पोस्ट सोबत शेयर करीत आहोत.. यात नवीन व जुनी या दोन्ही कर प्रणाली नुसार टॅक्स गणना तर दिलेली आहेच सोबत कलम 89(1) वजावट पण समाविष्ट आहे.

. या एक्सल चा आपल्याला नक्कीच उपयोग होईल व आपले किमान 2 हजार रु पासून 20 हजार रु पर्यंत इन्कम टॅक्स वाचू शकेल.. मित्रांनो नमस्कार.. या वर्षी शिक्षकांना 7 व्या वेतन आयोगाचा 2रा , 3रा हप्ता मिळाला आहे व आता 4था हप्ता जानेवारी/फेब्रुवारी 2024 च्या वेतनासोबत मिळणार आहे.. या हप्त्यांमुळे आपल्याला जास्त इनकम टॅक्स बसला असेल, काहीजण तर कदाचित असे असतील की ज्यांना 0 रु बसणारा इनकम टॅक्स या थकीत वेतनाच्या हप्त्यांमुळे 25 ते 30 हजार रु इतका ही बसत असेल.. अश्यावेळी हा आपल्यावर अन्याय आहे.. तर हो नक्कीच, पण यावर एक उपाय ही आहे, तो म्हणजे कलम 89(1) चा उपयोग करून या वाढीव थकबाक़ी रकमेवर टॅक्स सूट घेणे..  कलम 89(1) काय आहे.? जेव्हा मागील आर्थिक वर्षांसाठी देय होणारी वेतन थकबाकी रक्कम (उदा. मागील DA फरक किंवा 7 व्या वेतनाचे हप्ते) चालू आर्थिक वर्षात मिळते तेव्हा त्या रकमेमुळें चालू वर्षाचे एकूण उत्पन्न वाढून जास्तीचा टॅक्स आपल्याला बसत असतो.. अश्या थकीत वेतन थकबाकी ची रक्कम चालू वर्षातून वजावट करून त्यावरील income tax टॅक्स सूट मिळण्यासाठी कलम 89(1) चा लाभ उपलब्ध आहे.
. यात एकप्रकारे ही थकबाक़ी चा tax या वर्षातुन कमी होतो, मात्र ज्या मागील वर्षाची ही थकबाक़ी आहे त्यात ही रक्कम add होऊन संबंधित वर्षाचा वाढीव tax आज रोजी भरावा लागतो..  मात्र कलम 89(1) अंतर्गत ही वेतन थकबाकी सरसकट वजावट न होता एक विशिष्ट गणितीय प्रक्रिया करून आपल्याला थकीत रकमेमुळें बसणारा टॅक्स वजावट करता येतो.. आणि ती प्रकिया म्हणजे फॉर्म 10 E भरून टॅक्स सूट किती मिळेल हे काढणे..  मग हा 10 E फॉर्म कधी भरायचा.? असाही प्रश्न आपल्या मनात नक्की येईल.. तर फॉर्म 10 E , हे चालू आर्थिक वर्ष संपल्यावरच भरता येईल..   income tax efiling
आता आपल्याला एक प्रश्न पडला असेल की जर फॉर्म 10 E हा चालू आर्थिक वर्ष संपल्यावर भरायचा आहे तर मग आपल्याला आज रोजी कलम 89(1) अंतर्गत टॅक्स सूट कशी कळेल.?  तर यात दोन पर्याय उपलब्ध असतात.. 1) वेतन फरकाची / थकबाकीची कोणतीही वजावट न करता अहे तो टॅक्स भरणे आणि आर्थिक वर्ष संपल्यावर Income Tax Return दाखल करण्यापूर्वी ऑनलाइन form 10 E भरणे आणि 10 E मध्ये गणना केलेली टॅक्स सूट रक्कम ही इनकम टॅक्स रिटर्न दाखल करून रिफंड मिळवणे.
.   2) दुसरा पर्याय म्हणजे आपण कलम 89(1) च्या गणितीय सूत्रानुसार वाढीव थकबाकीवर मिळणाऱ्या इन्कम टॅक्स सूट ची रक्कम काढणे आणि ती रक्कम आपल्या अंतिम देय इन्कम टॅक्स मधून वजावट दाखवणे.. व आज रोजी कमी टॅक्स भरणे किंवा पात्रतेनुसार संपूर्ण टॅक्स वाचवणे.. आत्तापर्यंत वरील पैकी पहिलाच मार्ग अनेकांकडून वापरला जात होता, कारण ऑफलाइन 89(1) चे टॅक्स वजावट सूत्र काढण्यासाठी गणिती क्रिया करण्याकडे कुणाला वेळ नसावा किंवा तशी माहिती उपलब्ध नसावी..   income tax efilingआणि दुसरा मार्ग म्हणजे स्वतः कलम 89(1) अंतर्गत मिळणारी टॅक्स सूट काढणे व तितका कमी टॅक्स आज रोजी भरणे..
  मात्र वरील दोन्ही परिस्थितीत ITR दाखल करण्यापूर्वी ऑनलाइन form 10 E भरणे व तो वेरीफाय करणे बंधनकारक आहे.. कलम 89(1) चा लाभ घेऊन form 10 E न भरल्यास भविष्यात आपल्याला हा टॅक्स व्याजासह वसूल होऊ शकतो.. एक लक्षात ठेवा की आपल्याला इनकम टॅक्स रिटर्न (ITR) दाखल करण्यापूर्वी फॉर्म 10 E भरून तो वेरीफाय करावा लागेल, कारण ITR भरल्यावर फॉर्म 10 E भरता येत नाही..  या पोस्ट सोबत दिलेल्या एक्सल शीट मध्ये आपल्याला जुन्या आणि नव्या दोन्ही कर प्रणाली नुसार इन्कम टॅक्स ही काढता येईल सोबतच पुढील शीट वर कलम 89(1) अंतर्गत टॅक्स वजावट सूट गणना ही करता येईल.. income tax efiling
. या फाईल मध्ये माहिती भरण्यासाठी आपल्याकडे मागील 2015-16 या आर्थिक वर्ष ( AY 2016-17) पासून आर्थिक वर्ष 2018-19) पर्यंत चे ITR किंवा फॉर्म 16 असणे आवश्यक आहे, कारण त्यातून आपल्याला आपले त्या वर्षाचे करपात्र उत्पन्न आणि लागलेला टॅक्स नमूद करता येईल.. सोबतच ज्यांना मागील काही (2019-20/2020-21/2021-22/2022-23) आर्थिक वर्षातील वेतन थकबाकी / DA थकबाकी या चालू वर्षात मिळाली असेल तर अश्या कर्मचाऱ्यांनी त्या वर्षांचे ITR / फॉर्म 16 माहिती जवळ ठेवावी व ती विचारलेला ठिकाणी नमूद करावी..income tax efiling
आपल्या सोयीसाठी आम्ही 7 व्या वेतन आयोगाची फरकाची रक्कम आर्थिक वर्षानुसार काढून तिचे 1 ते 5 हप्त्यात विभागणी केलेली आहे..  उदा. 1 जानेवारी 2016 ते मार्च 2016 पर्यंत ची एकूण थकीत रक्कम ही 5 हप्ते करून अदा करण्यात आली आहे, त्याचप्रमाणे 2016-17 , 2017-18 व 2018-19 ची आर्थिक वर्षनिहाय रक्कम ही 5 समान हप्ते करून विभागली आहे..   
आपण फरक तक्त्यात आपले बेसिक टाकून 7 व्या वेतन आयोगाच्या फरकाचा आकडा काढू शकतात आणि त्याची विभागणी करू शकतात.. एकदा का आपण कलम 89(1) अंतर्गत मिळणारी सूट गणना केली की ती रक्कम विवरण पत्रात नमूद आहे की नाही याची खात्री करून घ्यावी.. व तितका टॅक्स लाभ आज रोजी घ्यावा..  मात्र जो टॅक्स लाभ घेतला आहे, तो हे आर्थिक वर्ष संपल्यावर आणि ITR फाईल करण्यापूर्वी ऑनलाइन फॉर्म 10 E भरून लिगली अप्रुव करून घ्यावा.. income tax efiling
