Dinner Diet Tips : उत्तम आहार आणि चांगली झोप यामुळे आरोग्य चांगलं राहतं. आपल्या प्रत्येकाला रात्री सुखाची झोप मिळाली तर आनंदच होतो. परंतु रात्री चांगली झोप मिळेल की नाही हे सर्व तुमच्या सवयीवर अवलंबून आहे. यासाठी तुम्हाला काही सवयी बदलाव्या लागतील. यासाठी रात्रीच्या जेवणात चांगल्या भाज्यांचा (Vegetables) समावेश करायला हवा. हे तुमच्या आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने खूप महत्त्वाचं आहे. रात्रीच्या जेवणात काहीही खालं तर पोटात गोळा आल्यासारखं होऊ शकतं. यामुळे पोटात गॅस होऊ शकतं,  अस्वस्थ जाणवणं, पोट फुगणं अशा समस्याही निर्माण होऊ शकता. त्यामुळे रात्रीच्या जेवणात काही भाज्यांना आवर्जून टाळायला हव्या. जेणेकरुन तुम्ही आरोग्याच्या अनेक समस्यांपासून दूर राहू शकता. याबद्दल जाणून घेऊया…

1. फ्लॉवर किंवा फुलकोबी

आहारात फुलकोबीचा समावेश करणं चांगलं असतं. फ्लॉवरची भाजी खाण्यामुळे अनेक आरोग्यदायी फायदेही आहेत. परंतु, यामध्ये सल्फोराफेन नावाचं एक संयुग आढळून येतं. या संयुगामुळे पोटात गॅस भरणं आणि सूज येणं यासारख्या समस्या निर्माण होऊ शकतात. यामध्ये फायबरचं प्रमाणही भरपूर असतं. त्यामुळे फुलकोबी पचायला जड जाते.

2. कोबी

6. रताळे

आपल्याकडे उपवासात रताळ्याचा भरपूर वापर होतो. यामध्ये फायबर आणि पोषक घटकही भरपूर प्रमाणात असतात. रताळे जास्तीचे खात असाल तर पचनासाठी त्रासदायक असतं. यामध्ये स्टार्ट असतं. यामुळे पोटात गॅस आणि गोळा येऊ शकतो, जे खूप त्रासदायक ठरु शकतं.

7. ब्रोकोली

ब्रोकोली ही कोबीच्या प्रकारातील भाजी आहे. यामध्ये आरोग्यासाठी फायदेशीर अनेक घटक आढळून येतात. यामध्ये रॅफिनोज नावाचा शुगरयुक्त घटक असल्यामुळे पचनास त्रासदायक ठरु शकतो. यामुळे पोटात गॅससारखी समस्या उद्भवू शकते. त्यामुळे रात्रीच्या जेवणात ब्रोकोली खाणं टाळा. कारण अपचनाचा समस्या निर्माण होऊ शकते.
