ऑगस्ट 2022 मध्ये ऑडी क्यू 3 आणि फेब्रुवारी 2023 मध्ये ऑडी क्यू 3 स्पोर्टबॅक लॉन्च करण्यात आली होती. त्यानंतर लगेच कंपनीने या मॉडेल्सचे स्थानिक उत्पादन छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथे असलेल्या स्कोडा ऑटो फोक्सवॅगन इंडिया प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड (एसएव्हीडब्ल्यूपीएल) येथून नवीन दोन मॉडेलचे उत्पादन सुरू करण्यात आले आहे. तर नव्याने लॉन्च करण्यात आलेले ऑडी क्यू 3 स्पोर्टबॅक हे ऑडी क्यू 3 वर आधारित असून गाडीला कुप-इश रुफलाइन मिळते. ज्यामुळे गाडी बोल्ड दिसते, स्टायलिंगसाठी गाडीच्या बाहेरील भागामध्ये बदल करण्यात आले आहेत. ज्यामध्ये अलॉय व्हील, एलईडी हेडलॅम्प, नवीन स्टाईलने डिझाईन केलेले टेललाइट आदींचा समावेश आहे.
