सेतू अभ्यास ( Bridge course) २०२३-२४ ची शालेय स्तरावर प्रभावीअंमलबजावणी करणेबाबत…

संदर्भ :- १.सन २०२३-२४ करिता केंद्रीय प्रकल्प मान्यता मंडळाची (PAB) ऑनलाईन
बैठक दि. ११/०१/२०२३.
२. मा. राज्य प्रकल्प संचालक, महाराष्ट्र प्राथमिक शिक्षण परिषद, मुंबई यांचे
पत्र दि. १३/२/२०२३ ह
राष्ट्रीय संपादणूक सर्वेक्षण २०२१ नुसार भाषा,गणित,विज्ञान आणि सामाजिक शास्त्र या
विषयातील राज्यातील विद्यार्थ्यांची संपादणूक कमी दिसून येत आहे. या सर्वांचा परिणाम शालेय
गुणवत्तेवर होत असून विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये इयत्तानिहाय आणि विषयनिहाय क्षमता संपादित होण्यामध्ये
अडचणी निर्माण झालेल्या आहेत. यासठी मागील दोन वर्षात ऑनलाईन स्वरुपात सेतू अभ्यासाची
अंमलबजावणी करण्यात आलेली आहे. सेतू अभ्यासाची परिणामकारकता तपासण्यासाठी
राज्यस्तरावरून संशोधन अभ्यास करण्यात आलेला असून यामध्ये सेतू अभ्यास परिणामकारक
असल्याचे निष्कर्ष मिळालेले आहेत. त्यामुळे या वर्षीही सेतू अभ्यासाची अंमलबजावणी करण्याचे
निश्चित करण्यात आलेले आहे.
शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२३-२४ मध्ये मराठी आणि उर्दू माध्यमाच्या विद्यार्थ्यासाठी सेतू अभ्यास
छापील स्वरुपात देण्यात येत आहे. त्यामध्ये स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था आणि शासकीय झाळा याचा

समावेश असणार आहे. अन्य शाळा व्यवस्थापनासाठी सेतू अभ्यास परिषदेच्या संकेत स्थळावर

उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहे. आवश्यकतेनुसार त्याचा वापर झाळा/संस्था करू ज्ञकतात.
सेतू अभ्यास (२०२३-२४) स्वरूप :-

सदर सेतू अभ्यास हा २० दिवसांचा (शालेय कामकाजाचे दिवस) असून यामध्ये दिवसनिहाय
कृतीपत्रिका (worksheets) देण्यात आलेल्या आहेत. तसेच सदर सेतू अभ्यास मराठी आणि
उर्दू माध्यमासाठी तयार करून छापील स्वरुपात देण्यात आलेला आहे.

इयत्ता दुसरी ते पाचवीच्या विद्यार्थ्यासाठी प्रथम भाषा, गणित, आणि इंग्रजी तर इयत्ता सहावी
ते दहावीसाठी प्रथम भाषा, गणित, इंग्रजी, सामान्य विज्ञान आणि सामाजिक शास्त्र या
विषयांसाठी सेतू अभ्यास तयार करण्यात आलेला आहे. |

. सदर सेतू अभ्यास इयत्तानिहाय व विषयनिहाय तयार करण्यात आला. असून मागील

इयत्तांच्या महत्वाच्या अध्ययन निष्पतीवर / क्षमतांवर आधारित आहे.

. संदर सेतू अभ्यासाच्या अंमलबजावणीविषयक शिक्षक व विद्यार्थ्यासाठी सविस्तर सूचना सेतू

अभ्यास पुस्तिकेच्या सुरुवातीला देण्यात आलेल्या आहेत.

सदर सेतू अभ्यासातील कृतिपत्रिका या विद्यार्थीकेंद्रित व कृतीकेंद्रित तसेच अध्ययन
निष्पतीवर / क्षमतांवर आधारित आहेत. विद्यार्थी शिक्षकांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली स्वयंअध्ययन
करू ज्ञकतील असे त्याचे स्वरूप आहे. तसेच अधिक संबोध स्पष्टतेकरिता काही विषयांनी
ई-साहित्याच्या लिंक्स देण्यात आलेल्या आहेत.

. सदर सेतू अभ्यासातील विषयनिहाय कृतीपत्रिका प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी दिवसनिहाय सोडवतील

याप्रकारे नियोजन देण्यात आलेले आहे. त्यानुसार शिक्षकांनी सदर सेतू अभ्यास
विद्यार्थ्याकडून सोडवून घेणे आवश्यक आहे.

. पूर्व चाचणी आणि उत्तर चाचणीचा यामध्ये समावेश करण्यात आलेला असून उपरोक्त सेतू

अभ्यासाची पूर्व चाचणी परिषदेच्या www.maa.ac.in या संकेतस्थळावर दि. २७ जून २०२३
पासून उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येतील. तसेच उत्तर चाचणी दि. २४ जुलै २०२३ पर्यंत
संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येतील.

सेतू अभ्यास (२०२३-२४) अंमलबजावणी कालावधी

१. । पूर्व चाचणी दि.३० जून ते ३ जुलै २०२३

२. 20 दिवसांचा सेतू अभ्यास दि. ४ जुलै ते २६ जुलै, २०२३.

३. चाचणी दि.२७ ते ३१ जुले २०२३.

सेतू अभ्यासाची अंमलबजावणी :-

१. सदर सेतू अभ्यास मराठी व उर्दू व्यवस्थापनाच्या शाळांमधील इयत्ता दुसरी ते दहावीच्या
सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी पूर्ण करणे बंधनकारक आहे. शालेय स्तरावर शाळेचे मुख्याध्यापक यांनी
वरील नमूद केलेल्या कालावधीनुसार सेतू अभ्यासाची अंमलबजावणी करावी.

२. सदर सेतू अभ्यासाला सुरुवात करण्यापूर्वी विद्यार्थ्यांची विषयनिहाय पूर्व चाचणी घेण्यात

यावी. उत्तरपत्रिका तपासून शिक्षकांनी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या गुणांच्या नोंदी स्वत:कडे ठे

३. मागील इयत्तांच्या महत्वाच्या क्षमता या अभ्यासातून संपादित होतील याकरिता झालेय
कामकाजाच्या २० दिवसांमध्ये सेतू अभ्यासाची अंमलबजावणी आपल्या स्तरावरून काटेकोर
पद्धतीने करण्यात याची.

४. सदर कुंतिपत्रिका (worksheets) शिक्षकांनी शालेय वेळापत्रकानुसार संबंधित विषयाच्या
तासिकेला सोडवून घ्याव्यात.

५. शिक्षकांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्या त्या दिवसाची कृतीपत्रिका सोडविणे अपेक्षित
आहे. काही विषयातील अधिक माहिती घेऊ या मधील प्रश्न विद्यार्थी स्वतंत्र वहीमध्ये सोडवू
ठाकतात.

६. सदर सेतू अभ्यास पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्यांची विषयनिहाय उत्तर चाचणी घेण्यात यावी.
उत्तरपत्रिका तपासून शिक्षकांनी विद्यार्थ्याच्या चाचणीतील उत्तर गुणांच्या नोंदी स्वत:कडे
ठेवाव्यात. पूर्व व उत्तर चाचणी गुणांचा तुलनात्मक तक्ता तयार करून शिक्षकांनी आपल्या
स्तरावर ठेवावा.

७. सदर अभ्यास पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर त्या त्या इयत्तेच्या विषयाची नियमित अध्ययन अध्यापन प्रक्रिया
सुरु करावी.

उपरोक्त प्रमाणे सदर सेतू अभ्यासाबाबत आपल्या कार्यक्षेत्रातील सर्व शिक्षक, मुख्याध्यापक
तसेच संबंधित पर्यवेक्षीय यंत्रणेतील सर्वांना अवगत करावे. सदर सेतू अभ्यासाची प्रभावी
अंमलबजावणी होण्यासाठी योग्य ती सर्व कार्यवाही आपल्या स्तरावरून करण्यात यावी. सेतू
अभ्यासाची अंमलबजावणी पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर शाळा भेटींच्या आधारे जिल्हानिहाय सेतू अभ्यास २०२३-
२४ अहवाल श्िक्षणाधिकारी व प्राचार्य जिल्हा शिक्षण व प्रशिक्षण संस्था यांच्या समन्वयाने
अंमलबजावणी झाल्यानंतर १५ दिवसांच्या आत प्रस्तुत कार्यालयास ईमेलद्वारे विनाविलंब सादर
करावा.
