संदर्भ – १. योजना कार्यालयाचे पत्र जा. क्र. शिसंयो/नभासा/२०२२-२३/योजना-३/१०२६ दिनांक १६.५.२३
उपरोक्त संदर्भीय विषयानुसार उपरोक्त विषयानुसार राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण २०२० मध्ये प्रौढ व निरंतर शिक्षण या संबंधी उल्लेख आहे. त्यातील परिच्छेद क्र. २१.४ मध्ये नमूद करण्यात आले आहे की विशेषतः प्रौढ शिक्षणासाठी भक्कम आणि नाविन्यपूर्ण शासकीय उपक्रमाद्वारे तसेच, समुदाय सहभाग आणि तंत्रज्ञानाचे सहज आणि फायदेशीर एकत्रीकरण केले जाईल, ज्यामुळे १०० टक्के साक्षरतेचे उदिष्ट लवकरात लवकर साध्य करणे शक्य होईल. त्यानुसार राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण २०२० च्या अनुषंगाने आणि २०२१ च्या अर्थसंकल्पीय घोषणेच्या अनुषंगाने केंद्र शासनाने दिलेल्या सूचनेनुसार प्रौढ शिक्षणाची एक नवीन योजना नवभारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम सन २०२२-२३ ते २०२६-२७ या कालावधीत राबविण्याचा निर्णय शासनामार्फत घेण्यात आलेला आहे. सदर योजेनेचा कालावधी १ एप्रिल २०२२ ते ३१ मार्च २०२७ असा आहे. सदर योजना केंद्र व राज्यशासन यामधील सर्व जिल्ह्यांमधील ग्रामीण व शहरी या दोन्ही भागात लागू करण्यात आलेली आहे.
ऑनलाईन सर्वेक्षणासाठी मोबाइल अॅप विकसित करण्यात आले आहे. सर्व क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी यांचे सदर मोबाइल अॅपचे प्रशिक्षण ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने युट्युब लाईव्हद्वारे दि. २ जून २०२३ रोजी सकाळी ११:३० वाजता आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे. सबब आपण व आपले अधिनस्थ असणारे नवभारत साक्षरता योजनेचे काम पाहणारे अधिकारी व कर्मचारी तसेच शालेय स्तरावरील सर्व पर्यवेक्षकीय यंत्रणा, शालेय मुख्याध्यापक व शिक्षक यांनी सदर प्रशिक्षणासाठी उपरोक्त कालावधीत ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने युट्युब लाईव्ह या समाज माध्यमावर उपस्थित राहावे.
