Success Story : अलिकडच्या काळात काही तरुण शेतकरी  (Farmers) शेतात नवनवीन प्रयोग करताना दिसत आहेत. पारंपारिक पद्धतीनं शेती न करता आधुनिक पध्दतीनं शेती करत आहेत. तर काही उच्चशिक्षीत तरुण नोकरी न करता शेती करताना दिसत आहेत.  जालना जिल्ह्यातील सिंधी काळेगाव येथील शिक्षक असलेल्या एकनाथ मुळे यांनी आपल्या वडिलोपार्जित जमिनीमध्ये पांढऱ्या रंगाच्या जांभळाची (Jamum) लागवड केली यातून ते 2 वर्षांपासून लाखोंचे उत्पन्न काढत आहेत. अवकाळीच्या तडाख्यातूनही त्यांना ही जांभूळ बाग चार  लाख उत्पन्न देईल अशी आशा आहे.

जालना जिल्ह्यातील सिंधीकाळेगाव येथील शिक्षक असलेल्या एकनाथ मुळे यांनी आपल्या वडिलोपार्जित जमिनीमध्ये पांढऱ्या रंगाच्या जांभळाची लागवड केली. यातून ते  दोन वर्षांपासून लाखोंचे उत्पन्न काढत आहेत.  जालना जिल्ह्यातील सिंधी काळेगाव येथील शिक्षक असलेले एकनाथ मुळे हे पंचक्रोशीमध्ये प्रयोगशील शेतकरी म्हणून देखील ओळखले जातात.  नोकरी बरोबरच आपल्या वडिलोपार्जित जमिनीमध्ये नाविन्यपूर्ण प्रयोग करण्याच्या त्यांच्या या  सवयीनुसार त्यांनी 2020 साली पांढऱ्या रंगाच्या जांभळाची लागवड केली.  यासाठी त्यांनी इंटरनेट वरून सर्च करून 2020 साली पश्चिम बंगाल वरून 300 रुपये प्रति दराने 60 हजार रुपयांची 200 रोप आणली होती. ज्याची त्यांनी 10 बाय 12 अंतरावर लागवड केली. विशेष म्हणजे आजवर या बागेसाठी त्यांनी फवारणी अथवा कोणत्याही रासायनिक खतांचा वापर केला नाही.

यंदा तिसऱ्यांदा त्यांच्या झाडाला जांभळं लगडली असून,पांढऱ्या जांभळाची चव थोडी गोड असून गुणधर्म परंपरागत जांभळा सारखेच आहेत त्यामुळे त्याची मागणी वाढली आहे. सध्या दर्जानुसार 200 ते 400 रुपये किलोने दर मिळत आहे. त्यामुळे  ही पांढरी जांभळं घरीच पॅक करून हातोहात विकली जात आहे.  सध्या झाडावर 12 ते 15 किलो माल आहे, त्यामुळे मुळे यांना यातून 4 लाखांच उत्पन्न अपेक्षित आहे.

नोकरी सोडून कोरफडीची शेती, गावातच सुरु केली कंपनी

खेमराज भुते यांनी एम फार्मपर्यंत शिक्षण घेतल्यानंतर एका मोठ्या कंपनीत फार्मासिटिकल्सची नोकरी सांभाळली. मात्र, दुसऱ्याची नोकरी करण्यापेक्षा गावातील वडिलोपार्जित शेतीत काहीतरी नवीन करुन स्वतःचा उद्योग उभारावा, यासाठी नोकरी सोडून गाव गाठणाऱ्या पठ्ठ्यानं शेतात कोरफडीची लागवड केली. आता गावातच स्वतःची कंपनी सुरु केली आहे. या माध्यमातून उत्पादित ज्यूस, जेल, फूड आणि स्किन केअर प्रॉडक्ट राज्यातच नव्हे तर सातासमुद्रापार अमेरिका, जर्मनी, रशिया आणि दुबईपर्यंत पोहोचलं आहे. त्यांच्या उत्पादनाला मोठी मागणी वाढल्यानं, सोडलेल्या नोकरीचे फलित झाल्याचं समाधान भुते यांनी व्यक्त केलं.
