राज्यात आता क्लस्टर शाळा विकसित केल्या जाणार आहेत. महाराष्ट्रातील 20 पेक्षा कमी पटसंख्या असणाऱ्या शाळांतील सुमारे पाच हजाराहून अधिक शाळा त्यासाठी विचारात घेतल्या जाणार आहेत ‌
शिक्षणाबरोबरच सर्वागीण विकास साधण्यावर भर।

शिक्षणाबरोबरच मुलांचा सर्वागीण
विकास, समाजात मिसळण्याची वृत्ती, मामाजिक भान, ख्रिलाडुवृत्ती
आणि परस्परांना समजून घ
कला देखील विद्यार्थ्यांमंध्ये रुजलीपाहिजे. परंतु दोन, किंवा
पाच-दहा पटसंख्येच्या शाळांच्या
माध्यमातून ही उद्दिष्टे साध्य करणे कठीण असते

अनेक खेळ आणि क्रीडा विषयक
संधी त्यांना उपलब्ध होत नाहीत.
म्हणून राज्यात ‘क्लस्टर‘ शाळांचा
प्रयोग राबविण्याचा विचार करीत
आहोत. तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांना एकाच
रंगाचे चांगल्या गुणवत्तेचे गणवेष
देण्यावर भर दिला जाणार आहे.
सर्व शाळांमध्ये एकच प्रवेश

खासगी शाळांप्रमाणे काही जिल्हा
परिषद शाळा आणि अनुदानित
शाळांनी त्यांच्या गणवेषांचे रंग
बदललेले आहेत. यातून शाळेचे
वेगळेपण मुलांमध्ये
उचनिचतेची भावना होते,
यावर कार्यशाळेत चर्चा झाली.

त्यामुळे शिक्षण
विभागाच्या
राज्यातील सर्व शाळांमध्ये एकाच
प्रकारचा गणवेष करण्याविषयी
मते मांडली. सर्व
शाळांमध्ये मुलांसाठी खाकी पॅट
पांढटा शर्ट आणि मुलीं साठी
निळा-पांढरा ट्रेम असा ह गणवेष
करण्यात येणार आहे.
त्या विद्यार्थ्यांना त्यांच्या
गावापासून या शाळेत यावे लागते.
क्ललस्टर॒शाळेपर्यंत पोचविण्यात
विद्यार्थ्यांना येण्यात अडचणी येऊ
नयेत महणून त्यांचा प्रवास खर्च

करण्याच्या पर्यायाचा
विचारही केला जात आहे. या
प्रक्रियित कमी पटसंख्येच्या
शाळांमधील शिक्षकांना कोणतीही
अडचण येणार नाही. त्यांचे
क्लस्टर शाळेत किंवा अन्य
ठिकाणच्या शाळेत समायोजन
करावे, असा पर्याय यावेळी
निश्‍चित करण्यात आला.
क्लस्टर शाळा म्हणजे काय?

अनेक शाळांमधील विद्यार्थ्यांना
एकत्र आणणारी एक शाळा
म्हणजे ‘क्लस्टर शाळा.’ कमी
पटसंख्येच्या शाळा असलेल्या
भागातील काही अंतरावरील एक
मध्यवर्ती शाळा _ निवडून त्या
शाळेत _ विद्यार्थ्यांना शैक्षणिक
सुविधा दिल्या जातात.
त्यामुळे या या विद्यार्थ्यांना जास्त
विद्यार्थी असलेल्या
शाळांमध्ये आणावे, अशी चर्चा या
कार्यशाळेत झाली. पुणे शिल्ह्यात त
पानशेतजवळ असा पॅथदर्शी

केला असून, तो यशस्वी झालाआहे. आंता राज्यात त्याची
अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी
शीक्षण विभागाने विचार मुरु केला
आहे.
