गेल्या मागील काही दिवसांमध्ये न्यायालयाने बदल्या रद्द केल्या असे मेसेज फिरत आहेत त्याबद्दल स्पष्टीकरण.
बदल्या रद्द झाल्या का?
माझ्या बऱ्याच शिक्षक बांधवांना असे वाटत आहे की न्यायालयाने सर्व प्रक्रियेवर स्थगिती दिली असा समज बऱ्याच शिक्षक बांधवांचा झालेला आहे. परंतु सरसकट स्थगिती दिलेली नाही.
तर कार्यमुक्त कधी करणार?
मागील आठवड्यात 6 व्या टप्प्यात अवघड क्षेत्रात बदली झालेल्या 272 शिक्षकांच्या बदल्यांना मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने स्थगिती दिली आहे. त्यानंतर 6 वा टप्पा व 2022 ची संपूर्ण बदली प्रक्रिया रद्द होणार असे मेसेज समाजमाध्यमांवर फिरत आहेत.
मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने फक्त 272 याचिककर्त्यांच्या बदलीला अंतरिम (तात्पुरती) स्थगिती दिली आहे.
राज्य सरकार त्यावर 4 मे रोजी प्रतिज्ञापत्र सादर करून त्यांचं म्हणणं मांडणार आहे.6 वा टप्पा राबवताना काही चुका झाल्याचं न्यायालायचं म्हणणं आहे. त्यावर राज्य सरकार स्पष्टीकरण देईल
7 जून रोजी यावर सुनावणी होऊन त्याच दिवशी याचिकेवर अंतिम निकाल येण्याची शक्यता आहे.
अवघड क्षेत्रातील रिक्त जागा भरण्यास न्यायालय विरोध करणार नाही. मात्र प्रक्रिया योग्य रितीने राबविण्यासाठी निर्देश मिळू शकतील.
या स्थगितीचा 2022 च्या संपूर्ण बदली प्रक्रियेवर कोणताही परिणाम होणार नाही.
मा. उपसचिव, ग्रामविकास विभाग यांच्या दिनांक 24.02.2023 च्या पत्रानुसार बदली झालेल्या सर्व शिक्षकांना (याचिकाकर्ते 272 शिक्षक वगळून) 01 ते 15 मे या कालावधीत मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी कार्यमुक्तीचे आदेश देतील.
या सर्व शिक्षकांना 16 ते 31 मे 2023 या कालावधीत नवीन शाळेत हजर व्हावे लागेल.
