1 एप्रिल 2023 पासून नवीन आर्थिक वर्षाची सुरुवात होत आहे. यासह आर्थिक वर्ष 2022- 2023 साठी प्राप्तिकर Taxreturn भरण्याच्या प्रक्रियेला सुरुवात झालेली आहे. ज्या नागरिकांचे उत्पन्न करपात्र आहे त्यांना इन्कम Taxreturn दाखल करणे अनिवार्य आहे. सध्या वैयक्तिक इन्कम Taxreturn दाखल करण्यासाठी दोन प्रकारच्या कर व्यवस्था आहे. एक जुनी कर व्यवस्था आणि आता या आर्थिक वर्षापासून लागू झालेली नवीन करप्रणाली. या दोन्ही योजनांमध्ये टॅक्स लॅब वेगवेगळे दिलेले आहेत. मोदी सरकारने या कर प्रणालीमध्ये ही कर प्रणाली अधिक सुटसुटीत करण्याचा पुरेपूर प्रयत्न केलेला आहे.
Taxreturn फॉर्म
करदात्यांना आर्थिक वर्ष 2022 23 साठी 31 जुलै 2023 पर्यंत त्यांचे Taxreturn दाखल करावे लागणार आहे. फेब्रुवारी महिन्यात केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर मंडळाने आर्थिक वर्षासाठी आयटीआर फॉर्म जारी केले आहेत. हे आर्थिक वर्ष समाप्त झाल्यानंतर करदाते आयटीआय फाईल करू शकतात. अनेक व्यक्ती व्यावसायिक आणि कंपन्यांसाठी सात प्रकारचे आयटीआर फॉर्म आहेत. यामध्ये ITR1 ITR2 ITR3 ITR4 ITR5 ITR6 ITR7 यांचा समावेश आहे.
वरील फॉर्म आपण भरले नाही तर आपल्याला दंड भरावा लागेल वेगवेगळ्या गरजेनुसार वेगवेगळे आरटी फॉर्म दाखल करता येईल तर ITR1 आणि ITR4 हा अर्ज मोठ्या संख्येने लहान आणि मध्यम कर्जासाठी फायदेशीर ठरतो पण हा अर्ज भरताना विशेष काळजी घेणे आपल्याला खूप आवश्यक आहे नाहीतर आपल्याला पाच हजार रुपयापर्यंत भुर्दंड लागेल.
Taxreturn इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न
आर्थिक वर्ष 2022 23 साठी आयटीआर दाखल करण्याची अंतिम तारीख 31 जुलै 2023 आहे. जर कर दात्याला 31 जुलैपर्यंत इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न फाईल करता आले नाही तर त्याला 31 डिसेंबर पर्यंत आयटीआय भरावा लागेल. या विलंब फुटी त्याला दंड सोसावा लागू शकतो त्या दंडाची रक्कम पाच हजार रुपयापर्यंत असेल.
जास्त फटका कोणाला?
आयकर विभागानुसार उशिरा आयटीआर दाखल करत असाल तर तुम्हाला पाच हजार रुपयांचा दंड भरावा लागेल त्यानंतर पण तुम्ही आयटीआय निश्चित तारखेपर्यंत जमा केला नाही तर तुम्हाला दुप्पट दंड भरावा लागेल तसेच आयकर कायद्यानुसार शिक्षेची तरतूद आहे.
हे ही लक्षात ठेवा
तुम्ही इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न भरल्यानंतर तीस दिवसांच्या आत त्याची पडताळणी करणे आवश्यक आहे तुम्ही प्राप्ती कर रिटर्न भरण्याचा पडताळा केला नाही ते सत्यापित केले नाही तर आयकर विभाग ते पुढील प्रक्रियेसाठी घेण्यात नाही एवढेच नाही तर तुम्ही प्राप्ती कर रिटर्न भरला नसल्याची गृहीत धरण्यात येईल त्यासाठी आपण जेव्हा इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न भरतो त्यानंतर तो इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न व्हेरिफाय करणे खूप गरजेचे आहे.
