24.कापणी कविता
कवितेचा परिचय : शेतकरी शेतात उगवलेले धान्य कायून (कापणी करून) वहपात नेतात. या कापणीच्या आनंदाचे वर्णन बहिणाबाईनी खानदेशी बोलीत केले आहे. कवितेचा अर्थ आता मार्गशीर्ष महिना सुरू झाला. शेतातले धान्य पिकले आहे. त्याची कापणी करण्याची वेळ आली आहे. व्या डोळ्याची पापणी खालीवर होत आहे. हा सुगीचा शुभशकुन आहे. शेतातल्या जमिनीला भेगा पडल्या आहेत. कापणीचा मोसम आला आहे. माझ्या डोळ्यापुढे पिकलेल्या दषण्यांच्या मोजणीचे स्वप्न तरळते आहे. शेतातले धान्य पिकून पिवळेधम्मक झाले आहे. कापणीची वेळ आली आहे. आता मनात हिंमत बाळगा आणि बटे कापण्यासाठी विळे पाजळून तयार ठेवा. पिवळे पिवळे पीक शेतात डोलते आहे. कापणी आली आहे. आता गोफणी खाली ठेवा आणि हातामध्ये विळे धरा. माझ्या विळ्या, आता धाटे कापून काढ. कापणीची वेळ झाली आहे. कापलेल्या पिकाची (कणसांची) रास रचता वता, कष्टामुळे डोळ्यांवर झापड आली आहे. दमल्यामुळे डोळे पेंगत आहेत. आता कापणी करा. कापलेल्या पिकाची पुढे मळणी करावी लागेल. त्यासाठी खळे तयार करा.
